I like 'em. So does my L200! Here he is eating one of those dark green ones they use to make 'stuffed' pepper dishes.

i hate anything and everything spicy!!!!!!! give me my food the way it was intended to be, with natural flavors!!!!
 
Been growing jalapenos and habaneros for about 10 years now for use in my homemade hot sauce. They key is fermentation. Didn't do that for the first 5 years, but after trying it, it's definitely the key to a good hot sauce!

how are hot peppers not natural?


Another spicy food lover here, beat the Buffalo Wild Wings challenge multiple times, no problem. I make my queso with fresh habeneros, it a great way to surprise people at work when we have a potluck. Been wanting to try the ghost pepper, but don't know any places in town i can get them.

Just heard about this place about an hour south of me that makes a burger that has 1 jalepeno, 1 serrano, 1 habenero, and 1 ghost pepper in it, might have to make the drive and give it a shot.
 
Wow chef your hot sauce sounds Awesome!, I do like my foods to have some heat to them, me and my fatyher in law are always in a competition over who can eat the hottest thing we can find without drinking anything for 10 minutes after.... If you ever market your sauce let me know I would love to try it !!!!

i might have to grow those ghost peppers. I used to grow a ton of the red savinna :)
also used to grow a ton of the thai hot. micro bombs :)
