I can definitely relate! Here is picture of our tank before and how it is now. It isn't real pretty at all now but the tank is much easier to look after though. Play sand was too fine(even though the fish loves it) and I removed the driftwood to make more room for the fish. I chose a darker fine/medium gravel and just placed a few large stones in the tank. I would like to try a few tall durable plastic plants maybe.

This new "cave" has reduced stress for our Jag in this "small monster tank" He will be moved one day to the basement to a larger tank and we will convert the 90 into saltwater for the main floor. Furnishing a tank for a Jag is all about compromise for sure. But they are worth it!!!!
