Well this next week will be a hot one here in Portland Oregon. Predicted to be 90°F plus all week with possible 100s early in the week.
Portland set a new record today, one I care not to experience again. Today was the seventh day in a row of 95°F plus temperatures. Along the way we had three days of 100°+
I think that little project has died a death. The thought of tuning into that thread once in a while and watching the metamorphic change from boring plot of arid garden to beautiful pond was mouthwatering.
And what do we get instead.....a sunset!!
I dunno...he got way past the plotting/scheming/talking stage, and actually made a huge mess in his parents' back yard. The plot thickens...
I think we will hear more about this...or at least, I think he will...
I'm hoping the Shadow is labouring away at this project and will soon surprise us all with some pics of a beautiful tropical oasis in the corner of the yard.

In an ideal world yes, we'd be treated to a salvo of fantastic pictures, but we're not in an ideal world, we're in surfer dude world. I'm afraid the only pictures we're likely to get treated to are pictures of his injured and/or missing body parts! Lol.
