How big does this tank look?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The sides look square.. So if it's 23.5" tall, it's just about that wide also, so it would be 180g. It's probably a 30g..... :)

looks like it could be for lizards only if ther is no brace.

Wow.. I spoke to the guy selling it today and he was a complete jerk.. wouldn't answer questions and completely blew me off.. I'm probably not going to pick it up now.. my quest continues..

Without a center brace at the top that thing cannot be a 100 gallon tank. It would rupture. You're better off....

Yes it can be. I had an older 6ft tank with no center brace. They're heavy as hell.

Agree.. older tanks lack the center brace but employ thicker glass.

btw might be something like a 5'x18" but hard to accurately tell any size.

At first I thought it might have been a 125/135 but it does look like its 2ft deep, which means it could be a 180, if so, that a good price. Since you're close, I'd go over just to take a look. I wouldnt pay that much for a 125 IMO. For reference, here's a 210 I just picked up, 7x2x2. 5g bucket is in there for size reference...

Something in the foreground for perspective would help, hope it works out for you
