How big does this tank look?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yea the finally measured the tank and it's 18" wide, 24" tall and 72" long making it a 135. I agree with the center brace comment, it must be a real old tank and I really don't feel like redoing the seals for preventative measures.. I'll probably pass it up and keep looking. The problem is most people around here advertise tanks for sale and they really don't seem to want to sell them, i feel like a burden asking them questions lol.

Where you at in Va? Not North Va is it?

Just ask her for all three measurements then you cant go wrong

if its 18inch deep top to bottom just leave it that size tank is a waste of time if you ask me

it needs to be a 6x2x2 :D

I have a 125 without center brace, it is the way they used to make them before extensive use of tempered glass. It weighs twice what my other 125's way b/c of thicker glass.

Offer her $150 and see what she says

Already said $200 is lowest she'd take.. and I've decided against it. I found a new tank at a great price but it's 5 hours away :( lol
