unfortunately, at the same time, mealworms are nutritionally lacking and can cause impaction (that's right...) and kill your reptile. it's such a shame that most commercial feeders (especially the common ones that you can pick up at .. let's say any Petco) are so lacking in nutrients. i mean look at the typical selection for fish keepers. goldfish and rosie reds. both are lacking in nutrients and contain high amounts of thiaminase.Jfitz;3221743; said:well its just that they're cheaper, easier to take care of, and they don't escape and infest your house![]()
