Well it seems that the calcium dust doesnt tend to stick to the mealworms like it does the crickets, how do you guys supply your herps (Leos in particular) with calcium while feeding mealworms?

have you tryed wetting them first?. for best results apply with your tongue :)

get a mist bottle and mist them lightly before dusting them.

i just pour a little bit in the bottom of the bowl that i feed mealies in, and just put the mealies in the bowl and shake them around until they start looking dusted

SHAKE AND BAKE!!!! WORKS FOR ME:headbang2

unfortunately, at the same time, mealworms are nutritionally lacking and can cause impaction (that's right...) and kill your reptile. it's such a shame that most commercial feeders (especially the common ones that you can pick up at .. let's say any Petco) are so lacking in nutrients. i mean look at the typical selection for fish keepers. goldfish and rosie reds. both are lacking in nutrients and contain high amounts of thiaminase.

at least crickets are decent...

btw, check out phoenix worms. They're Black Soldier Fly larvae (yep, that means maggots) they naturally contain a nigh amount or calcium, and are MUUCCHH better nutrition wise than mealworms.

also, what kind of lighting do you use for your diurnal herps (assuming you have any)?
