I don't think it is legal to ship the native catfish. idk
 
maybe i could pick one up. thats why i was wondering where that guy lived. the one that caught the ones with the cup.

well i was thinkin you could catch and i could keep. ;) jk. theyre not considered gamefish in texas tho. i think..
 
i think its still illegal, but if you came to nebraska I could entertain you with that idea probably. Hey, I'm still not sure about baby fish, though.
 
worm fished on the bottom is a good call, or small shiners cut in half, just fish on the bottom in relatively shallow water close to stumps, rock structures, channels, etc
