I am sorry that no one else will take your fish. It seems amazing to me that no one wants them. If you are willing to wait a couple more weeks, and ship, I would be glad to take them. I am getting a 125 from a friend as soon as he finishes remodeling...should be done really soon. But thats kind of a tall order from what it sounds like, but the offer is there if you would like to take it.

I am in Deltona FL. Deltona is on the east coast, in between Daytona Beach and Orlando (40 minutes from both places). If your sister is willing to do that, it would be so great!!! As long as they had battery backup airators, I guess they'd be fine. :)

I've never shipped fish in my life and wouldn't have a clue as to what I was doing.

I would have the same exact reaction if I had read such a post, without knowing the entire story. I was on the board of the SPCA for years, so believe me, in my heart I DON'T want to put these fish down.

My finances make it impossible to buy a smaller tank. I don't want to sell the 220 because it's my son's tank. He has been going through an extremely difficult time in his life, and I'm hoping one day he'll be able to start over and take his 220 to begin anew.
 
If the other person in this post passes on the jag, PM me. I'll take it, I'm in NC, and will advise you on shipping. I've done it before.
 
where do you live? ill take them If I can once you ship the jag, the oscars shouldnt be a prob, and I'd love them.
