how do i get a credit card?

What did you do to your credit? Might have to go with a secured card until you build your credit rating.

well i dont have any to start with as i found out after the wamu credit card

i was told to try a department store card to build my credit then go from there but i cant even get that cause imma base line n00b.

whats a secure card? where do i get one?
 
Secure card means you pony up money in front, which they put in a savings account, and that's your credit. Sounds dumb, but it will help you build credit if you use it and pay it off.
 
Go to your bank and ask them about secured credit card.. You will need to have money to put into it.. but it does not show up on your credit rating as secured.. It shows as a normal credit card. Then after six months go apply at mervins or wherevere you chose again ..I would also invest in some experienced financial planner or education.. Credit is very tricky beast!! And can destroy you in months and take the rest of your life to turn it back around..
 
heres the thing:

i dont feel like waiting for years (like 5-10)to move out so i figure i would move things along, primary thing is finding a decent paying job with benifits and continue with school, easier said than done but i have my tools :naughty:

whats it take to move out anyways besides balls?
