How do I hand feed my arowana?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Based on your Profile picture, the aro. resemble mine at roughly 4"
Any ways, try pinching a piece of shrimp and dangle it on water surface. My aro. started eating from my hand a few days after I brought it home.
Now pushing 24"

^spam double post for 500 post! lol

I already seen pictures of his Aro, it's only 5", but he still will need to upgrade.

lol how did it go from 8" to 5" now i feel like i got trolled on...

hao give me your tanks now! i keep buying fish from u now im broke... lol

Wow, six months and this aro is only 5" long? In six months average growth for a silver would be 6-9". This poor aro is suffering from improper care as is apparent from it's lack of growth. Please take the back to the LFS or find someone that can properly care for it. Don't give the BS excuse that the LFS only has divided 5g tanks, be responsable.

The tank u posted is way too small for aro to live permanent or long period of time and ur aro in ur avatar seems stressed out(sick).
I wondered if u know how big aro could get, as for now u don't have to worry about heater in orange count,
If u owned it for 6 mos already ur aro should be atleast a foot long,
If u want to keep it, it would be wise get the biggest tank that will fit in ur house. With its current care it will not eat out of ur hands. Untill its feel comfy or it feels home
