i figured you throw them in the thrash. Can you imagine if you have a dead arapaima, and a trash collector open the trashcan, hell probably freak out lol !!!!
I have a burial in my backyard under one of the rocks. Then after a month I play paleontologist and delicately dig up the remaining skeleton. Unless the ground is frozen, then I throw them in our spare freezer in the basement till summer.
Rare specimens go to the taxidermist. Although, he's still not sure what to do with the titanic panaque. The rest become fertilizer in the veggie garden.
we love our family members and friends, too; we dispose of their remains as well.
although oddball's taxidermist idea is pretty sweet. for a fish that looked cool enough and got big enough that you would want it hanging on your wall, anyway.
