How do you serve brine shrimp/Bloodworms?

Do you drop in the frozen cube still frozen?
I have been putting them in a brine shrimp net and running them under hot water till thawed out then fanning the net through the tank.
Does my method make any sense is it washing away nutrients ???

SO nobody lets it thaw under hot water in a fine net ? I feel this method is cleanest it eliminates the nasty water frozen in the cube

thats like cooking out the good stuff
it cant take much heat to cook those lil things

i eat alot of takeout chinese
get the soup,small and big
clean the soup cups
and now i have a collection
i have one for each tank
i then fill each one with neutral temp water
then add the amount of brines or shrimp for that tank
let sit and thaw for a while
then i use a dropper and suck up just brines and squirt them into the tank
then dump the nasty water in the sink

I put some tank water in a small solo cup and let it defrost then stir and serve.

I do the same, but if it's new frozen food i'll add Garlic extract. In fact i'll add pellets to the same cup and throw it all in after i let the frozen food thaw.

Garlic extract, whats that do ??? It must be good if YOU use it where can i get some???
