How do you think these girls will turn out?

I think that you need to clean the front of you tank before you take any more pictures lol.:ROFL: Very nice rays though. Only time will tell, it is said that marbles change dramaticly over time.

Yeah.:D I'm embarrassed. All the fish splash so much when feeding its impossible to keep spotless.

Don't know. think it might depend on the fish. I've seen some with great patterns on both substrates and even none at all.

I speak from experience when I say they look a lot better on white then black.

I can't speculate on brown but from the pics I've seen brown/natural looks to bring out thier color even better then white.

I like white cause there's no getting lazy with it. Get lazy and it looks terrible. With darker colors it tends to hide poo better allowing you to put it off for days without it looking bad.
