My hobbies don't tie in with fishkeeping unless you count fishing. Heres my order: GUITAR is by far the best hobby i have ever came across, Fish keeping, Mountain Biking, Fishing, restoring cars, then volunteering at local animal shelter.

I do a lot of building things as my other main hobby,so my huge tool assortment comes in handy for building stuff in my fishroom.

aqauraiums, fishing, friends, playing music, music all around
i guess that fishing ties into it a little. Sometimes i keep what i catch

Haha it seems like everything i do gets back to my fishkeeping. When your best friend is Amesbien and when your fishing or causing mayhem your scoping out the LFS and even driving an hour each way just to look.

I work 40+ hours a week at Petco, in their fish section 90% of the time. Thats alot of my time considering home much time i spend sleeping.

My girlfriend is totally down with it too. We went to Exotic aquatics tonight an hour drive both ways (no complains from her) and she had a good time.

Fish=life

Right now I have been playing my Ibanez m720 otherwise I play my 67' strat or my Charvel Custom Cracked porcelyene. I had the charvel custom to my specs from Charvel obviously. I actually built a guitar from scratch out of Mohagony with a maple carve top. I cut the body of the guitar out of a big sheet of Mohagony about 3 inches thick and 3 feet long then plained it out to get the rough grain out and glued down a maple top that I cut out. Then I ordered a 60's style headstock fender neck and set that in. Put some EMG pickups in it( SA, SA, 81 models). I set them in the wood though. I painted it like a cherry burst with Spies Hecker car paint lol. It came out superb and sounds amazing I like just as much as my 67' strat. My fav tho is the charvel. :headbang2 I did alot more mentioned obviously to the guitar I built but I don't feel like typing it all out. If you want some pointers on how to make your bass sound amazing just PM me and I'll tell you my tricks.

Pottery is my main hobby, but lately I've been able to tie it into my aquarium obsession. I made some hiding places for my rams instead of using terracotta flower pots (which I despise). I'd now like to look into making driftwood shapes with clay.
