How fast do wolf fish grow? Prices?

I am going to go down to Mikes Killer Fish on Monday and I am interested in a wolf fish. I can get a 10" for $75 or an 8: for $60. So basically I was thinking of getting a 10" but if an 8" will be there in a few weeks is it really worth it? Also, are these good prices?

They do grow pretty quickly; You should probably just pick the one that appeals more to you in terms of personality/pattern

or get a 3" in size if they have it... only take a few month to reach adulthood when small feed only meal worm when big enough can feed super worm... the growth rate will be much faster then

My H. mala grew from 6'' to 12'' in eight months. He lives all by himself in a 75 gal. Wolves do not mix well with other fish ...

I'd rather get a smaller fish for less $$$ and enjoy watching it grow. But that's entirely your call
