"Experimental" is an inflammatory word, used presumably to create doubt that the COVID vaccines underwent the same testing, review and approval process as vaccines developed outside of a pandemic. That Malone was on a cable news talk show known for spreading inflamatory (and racist, of course) falsehoods and not participating in rigorous science is probably why he was imprecise in his words. But who knows.
