I read something about a mistake, in Savannaha's words. Who am i to presume to use words he did not use.

relationships are complex, living, things. I should know, being in one for more than 30 years, with six children and one granddaugher.

But i see life as it happens, and not as it should be according to this or that guideline...

Bad situations arise, and no one, not being inside that relationship, should even try to start to judge. Only those who are there, know. And only those who are there, are to blame, even though in most cases there is a third party involved, such party is most cases the result of what already was wrong, or injured.

And this has nothing with being european or american, Jerry. This has to do with life.

By the way, being a southern european, did you imagine that when i was 15, the killing by a husband of a cheating woman, was not even considered a crime isn the penal code?

Situation in a nutshell, I found out a bit over a week ago she was stepping out on me, when confronted she basically said she felt lost and alone. She stayed with family for a few days, I offered her to come back if she wanted under the understanding we were to both focus on only this. So here we are, and I put this out there to see if anyone had any past experience with this. Just kind of some food for thought in the grand scheme of things.

If you allow one opinion, the worst mistake you can do is to try to solve things rapidly. Stay separated, heal, the both of you, apart from each other.

Huurying things up seems to be the solution, and it looks like that for a short time. Then all pops out later, with a vengeance.

Worst thing is immediatelly starting " focusing on this only".:)
 
Sry Miguel, bad choice I'd words. By focusing "on this" I was referring more onto everything under the umbrella of what and why this happened including everything leading up to it, and that the other party needed to be cut out then and there. We have talked about her staying else where and working on each of our issues personally but both came to the conclusion for now we feel its better to be together to help one another rather than separate.
