This is the # 1 reason I am getting a refund. I would love to get a pair of leos but I will hold off until the holidays are over.

Brad and I are working things out...

dec. or not...

given a stable temp. wouldnt the rays have died spending all that time packed up anyways??? (just curious)

I dont think so... Ive had rays live a few days in bags.. I imported rays one time that were in the bad for 3days.. all of them made it! Packed right.. with heat packs.. They would have been fine.. Or wait.. if dhl didnt mess up we would have been good! and 2 leos wouldnt have lost there lives!

anyways... mods please close this.. or lock it... As it can let poeple know not to use DHL for shipping live fish!

Lesson #2) Ultimate Packaging is futile when holiday madness delays shipment.

No courier is safe in December. Not even A2A.

You can ask Fedex, UPS, DHL.. or maybe ask the Bolt Cat, P. Niger, and misc. other fish that lost their lives due to courier error during the holidays.

I wouldn't so much blame it on DHL as I would blame it on attempting to ship fish within 4 weeks of Christmas.. They have 10x the workload during this month, and errors are quite common.
