i usually take 1 and a half hrs if i do both tanks at one time.
but usually less than half an hour for the smaller tank.
and about an hour for the larger.

it should take me 1-2 hours to do all my 4 tanks, but I'm lazy so it usually takes 3 hours.

my idea is one or two tanks a day
thus takes nearly 90mins for a 20% w/c

about an hour for hour to an hour and a half for 3 tanks...

water pressue from my faucet is fairly low that takes the most time, filling it back up..powerhead speeds the removal of water from the aquarium.

I did the largest water change of my life last week… 500+ gallons… in 3 hours…
It usually takes me 2 hours once a week to change 25%, vac the substrate (sand) and refill the tanks… and that is to service about 14 tanks that total just over 1,000 US Gallons…

That is using a 50’ clear hose with a faucet attachment (aka DIY Python)…

I do a couple of tanks a day average. It takes me between 30 minutes to an hour to do them.

3-4hrs
when i do my WC's i also clean the filters and scrub both sides of the glass.
