anyways
i started when i was 9 years old
and now i am 23 will be 24 in a few months
started with a 15g and 2 african chiclids (pseudotropheus ) didn't know the name then
had three tanks by the first year and had a few golds and a few bettas
now there are too many fish and too many tanks
and have acquired quite a bit of knowledge and the extra money from the part time job also does loads good to the obsession*oops* hobby i mean

Got my first aquarium at 7. I'm now 32. I might add that there is still a lot that I can learn about fish keeping. No matter how much experience we may have, this is a hobby that covers such a broad spectrum that we can always learn more. I think that's why I enjoy it so much.
