I've noticed the redness, sometimes, can be a sign of stress. When a ray gets feisty during transport, or is suddenly startled by a cat leap-attacking the glass (don't ask...) I've observed that they redden a bit. It has never lasted very long with my rays, though, but I figured that it was worth mentioning.

Yep, 8 tigers. And i still want more. I feed a mixture of earthworms, defrosted market shrimp, krill, anchovies once in a while, and pellets. I have a seperate freezer downstairs in the basement that only has food for them lol. Never posted a pic of them yet. I dont think ive even taken a picture of my fish except for my retic as im not really a camera guy. I hate being in pictures pretty much avoid cameras lol. ive starved for over 2 weeks.... IMO all comes back to rule number one from the KISS thread.... but most people panic after 2 days...
LOL, ive starved enough rays so im still not panicking quite yet. getting kinda nervous though cuz tomorrow would make it exactly a month since the last time shes eaten. Never had to go past 2 weeks on any rays before and this is twice the amount of time.Nic;2695422; said:
