Poodle people unite!

Seriously, I'll never get another dog breed, poodles are amazing, had then all my life.
No. This is the first and last poodle for me. They're amazingly smart in all the wrong ways. Learning how to undo zippers to get to beef jerky, opening cupboards to get to flour, and having the work ethic of a cat aren't exactly the best things in a "dog". I'll go back to German shepherds or maybe a Belgium mallinois for my next dog.

Used to have a poodle, I felt the exact same way about them.
I've got a pug/sharpei mix right now. I also used to have a full-out Sharpei, I would probably not get another one. Vet bills are too expensive for them and they're naturally unhealthy dogs it seems. Too aggressive with cats too (personally more of a cat person myself). I kind of want a boxer as a next dog. Maybe a yorkie. Or maybe even both.

I too have a shar pei (as most of you already know ;) ) vets bills , insurance, training in general is a nightmare but I love the breed so I don't mind :)
Have you got any pics of your pug pei ? My Mrs wants a pug as she can't walk our current shar pei he's way to strong lol.

That's the only pets we've got in our house hold now fish and the dog , in the past its been like a zoo here though lol

Cool, don't think I've ever seen a pug pei mostly staffy or mastiff crosses round my area , I've had two male pedigree pei both have been a nightmare in there own ways, unfortunately lost our first to shar pei fever at the age of two due to poor breeding :( rip mampi.
Out latest blue boy swift has been fine health wise but I did pick the biggest strongest out of the litter after what happened first time round
