How many FW stingrays for my 180 gallon aquarium?

Scobina don't have a disc size of 18¨, not even close tbh. The biggest they (pretty much) get is ~14¨ for a female. And Pearls get bigger than 18¨, 22¨ easily for a female.

Totally agree. I have a breeding pair of Pearls.
Male is around 18" disc and female 20". Both a good 2 foot including tail.

I'd like to give an update on this in case anyone still comes across this post. I took the advice given and upgraded the tank to over 24 square feet. So far I still have the pearl who is still under 12", and not growing quick. He is absolutely thriving. I do definitely recommend to anyone looking to get stingrays to be prepared to invest in large aquariums, as even though some stingrays like mine don't grow to quickly. It is still good to give them as much space as possible to thrive.
