How Many Hours Do You Spend Doing Maintainance?

How Many Hours Do You Spend Doing Maintainance in a week? Maintainance is waterchange, QT sick fish, cleaning filters or tanks, or setting up a new tank or equipment. I just curious to see how serious people take this hobby? Also, post how many tanks you have.

I have a 125, 75, 20. I spend anywhere from 5-8 hours a week doing maintaince. I get frustrated when fish get sick because I have to do more frequent waterchanges which takes time of me wanting to doing other things.

1-2 hours on all four tanks for me. I still have another 3 ready for setup so it'd be even longer once they are up.

Tanks =2/10's---20--29--30salt--2/55's--46 and probably about 4 hours a week. I taken alot of time making things and changing systems so that it would shorten the maintenance length's.

It takes me about an hour for water changes, if I were to clean the filters...about 2.

Hmmmm....I have 20+ tanks. I break it down to about 3 hours a day...That is all I can handle anymore, I'm getting old

I spend about 3-4 hrs on my 200g, just going through the gravel, doing the filters and rescaping the tank to fix it up.

12 tanks 5 hours a week at the least

I only have 3 tanks soon to be only one at home. It only takes me a little less than an hour. I intern at a public aquarium 2 days a week though so that adds on about 16 hours a week!

on water change day if we did every tank it would be 1-2 hours. takes about 30min just to put the animals that cant be loose with the doors open alone.
