couple of hours for water change, other than that just time spent feeding, etc. not sure if that counts as maintenance

I would have to say about 3/ week. Currently running 3 tanks. 180g,135g,75g. The 135g is brackish. Mixing salt takes some time.:)

for him it should be an hour less cause i need an hour after water changes to just clean up the puddles and mess after him

sometimes I (sorry not WE *rolls eyes*) also just have to top off tanks cause the water level is low, and we dont gravel vac this take less than an hour as its usually donw with buckets.

I gravel vac with the python...otherwise it is a hassle...can't imagine using the manual siphon and bucket method on the 125

2 hours for my 120 goldfish tank, it takes forever to drain (cause otherwise the goldfish try to chase the gravel up the tube and get stuck) and I do a 50% water change once a week. Plus filter media in my sump and Magnum350. And then my 60g 1 hour to remove snails, clean filter media and gravel vac every other week 25%. Nano Reef 30min, and Bettas 30min.
