Thanks Damien... Let's take a look at your setup when I am over this weekend getting your tank fired up. You taking precausions with your build got me thinking about mine as it is so thank you. 
How many tanks off one plug in (outlet) ???

It doesn't sound like your landlord would know the differance if you called in an electrician or not, i'd just call one in have a new set of plugs wired in and be done with it.. I did the same thing with my house, i had a guy come in and wire 4 new plugs and a 30amp breaker just to make sure i had enough juice..lol
