bathroom, before meals, before/after working out, etc. I put down 11+. Washing your hands is the number one way to prevent getting sick and prevent spreading illnesses, with my dad beign a phys ed/ health teacher I've become a habitual hand washer

Most bacteria are our friends, people! Hand sanitizer as part of day-to-day routine is EVIL and literally one of the biggest threats to humanities health, developing super-bugs that can't be stopped by antibiotics. Better to risk getting a little cold, than to contribute to creating the super-bug of science-fiction, that wipes out half the population
Personally, I say, eat food off the floor if there's nothing stuck to it, only bother washing after taking a leak if, (in the words of George Carlin) "YOU GET PEE ON YOURSELF!", number-twos are a given, though, and wash hands before eating or cooking, especially after being in public places where there's a very high chance of picking up some grotty person's butt-germs.
With that lifestyle, I have the immune system of a GOD!
Plus, with being careful not to touch my eyes and nose (one of the best ways to transmit cold-and-flu-causing bacteria) I pretty much never get sick. I haven't puked (not counting drinking too much) in over five years, and the last time was food-poisoning from bad chinese takeaways.
Y'all should try it! (not the chinese takeaways, giving up the germ-phobia)
