Yeah, 15-20 I guess but you guys have to think for the fish I mean King-El has Asian Style tanks. but I would recommend maybe 4 then assorted fish or a variation of Sens/Bichir. As I see the Asian style Human Happy. When think if you had to share a 2 Bed Apartment with 20 other people? Not so cozy.

As many as you can as long as the filter can hold the bio-load. There is actually NOT an exact number, but it will depend on your filter. Also how much food you able to give them and make sure everyone get their share.

I still want a delhezi, P. palmas palmas, moke, etc but theres nothing wrong with senegals. I'm planning on 4-5 upper jaws in my 75g once I set it up and I feel like thats kind of pushing it once they're all 10"+, but to each they're own

I have a 75 with polys that include 2 senegalus (1 regular, 1 longfin albino), 3 delhezi, 2 lapradei, 2 endlicheri, a retropinnis and an ornate. So thats 11. Put one or 17 whatever you want your tank to be as long as you can handle the bioload.
