Since I started culturing red wiggler worms, I don't spend money on live or frozen foods.

Quality pellets (Xtreme) are my staple but I use about 10-15% less since I started feeding the worms.

Our fish club (Capital Cichlid Association) has great food raffles at our monthly meetings and at AquaMania... so that helps too!
