How much crushed coral to raise p.h in a 55.

Either one will work. Why not get the cheaper one and then buy a separate retrofit actinic strip like I did.

For your tank the best light for the money is the 130w 2 lamp it will be more than enough light for your tank. Although the 6700k/antic blue combo lamps are prob not available. If money is not an problem then get the 260 watt with lunar lights. You can run 2 6700k lamps all day and two antic blue lamps just turn on while you are viewing the tank. with the antic blues off most the time it will help with algae control. Plus the lunar light are great for viewing your fish after hours.

The 260 watt with lunar is similar to what I have, you might want to check out this link. I got this light about 4 months ago with 4 6500k lamps and I am completely satsified with it.
