I'm not going to list my previous tanks and setups I use to have as it was back in the year 1997-2001. Too hard to remember how much I've spent but I'm sure it's up there. But I'll list what I've spent on my current tank set up.
All my prices are in CAD and everying in setup was purchased new.
225g tank - $750 with glass lid and stand
2 x 3ft Glo ballists and 4 x T5 lightbulbs - $300

Which comes out to 800gallons, they are all up and running except the 65 gallon. It popped a seam and will be up in a week or two.
