how much do you guys TIP your waiter?

Kind of slightly off topic but some of the Donkin Donuts around here have a cup or dish on the counter in which they expect some kind of tip to be placed...What do you all think of those?

I ignore those cups altogether. Some fast food chinese places have the cups.

Once Iwas a few cents short of my total so I took a few coins out of the tip dish and handed it to the cashier.

Its just another example of the whats wrong with the world today.
I would people who don't tip in the same category as:
People who don't take their carts back back @ the grocery store and instead just leave them in the parking lot.
People who don't stop at stop signs but roll thru them.
People who take up two parking spots or park completely over the line.

Its just an example of people just thinking of no one but themselves and not doing whats right even if no one is looking.

If you don't want to tip, you should tell the server at the beginning of the meal so they can give you your tips worth of service.

Although u know nothing about me or my generosity you're entitled to your own opinion.

I just don't see how taking my order and bringing my food deserves $8-$10 bucks per meal

As a matter of fact, I think people jumping to those conclusions and making such assumptions hurt the world as well

I'm with you 100% I order a damn ice cream for $4 and tip them $6 nothing wrong with being nice to people and making their day better. My job gets tips and it sucks when we don't get anything but karmas a bit**. If you can't tip a waiter then your just a low life penny pincher in my eyes
