how much do you guys TIP your waiter?

usually 20 percent. I work in a bar so I know how gratefull they are if you over tip. In Ontario Canada servers or waiters in bars or restraunts dont have a minimum wage, most dont make minimum wage and rely on your tips to make a living. Im not a server im a door man, but I know how hard it can be on the girls if they have a bad night.

Well if I'm out and I get a really hot waiter and she is a little flirtatious, always refills my drink with out me having to ask, plus polite and a little funny usually ill leave a 20 spot otherwise I usually just leave 10 bucks

Damn!! I only tip a waitress a lot if they're in bikinis. There's a bunch of vietnamese coffee shops in orange county with girls in bikinis and I used to tip those girls $10 but tipping $10 regularly for an ordinary waitress is high roller man.

Hahaha +1 I go to a girl to get my haircut and when she first cut my hair I tipped her 20 I like fell in love with this girl she was very nice easy to talk to and very flirty the whole time and ever since then she gets very close when cutting my hair and I am not hating it by any means lol but I tip her double what the haircut cost but I like my little bit of special treatment every two weeks so nothing to complain about ;)

Over hear, you already paid good money for the meal. Why should I have to pay the waiter anymore. That's their employers job, not mine. Sounds like you guys over the other side of the pond need to eliminate this tipping concept and get the minimum fair wages in order and up to a better standard?
