Two small houses, built 1920's? One is rented, the other is an outbuilding (storing a few empty tanks, along with a bunch of other junk).
24x36 barn.
Seven and a half acres, five acres planted in Noble Fir Christmas trees.
Deer, Elk, Bobcats, Black Bear, and a whole lot more in my yard.
Now that my friend is well worth a $2000 mortgage. Around here you'll be lucky to get a tiny 2 family house, with no garage, and a few feet to call a backyard for that price.
