I feed once a day, usually massivore, but every now and then they get some tilapia or shrimp if it makes it to the bottom. Sometimes I skip a day during the week, but not too often.
My RTC is still in the tank with them because my 210 holding tank isn't set up yet and my pond is still a sketch. I feed a pretty healthy amount during feeding because I don't want the RTC to get hungry.
Going to be trying the new NLS 10mm pellets shortly. I like to feed pellets because its easy. Cutting up 5 pounds of shrimp into bite size pieces takes awhile. Same with tilapia.
I got my rays in October at around 10-12" and would say they've grown around inch or so since I got them. The RTC has easily grown about 15" since november. The pond can't come soon enough.
