So it would push a total of 3000 gph? I didn't realize that being dual flow would double it.

Would that mean a Continuous Siphon Overflow that is

1" Double Bulkhead, 1500 gph. Would that mean it is really 3000 gph?

this is an overflow that relies on lifting water over the edge so the capacity isn't going to be as large...1" Bulkheads are way smaller than 1.5" or 2"
it isn't linear 1.5" can flow MORE than one and a half times the water as a 1"

Glass holes will drain right out the side...

That's a good question. Mine is almost 3/4" thick.

This hole saw can cut glass approx. 1.125" thick...

And why would you think it would crack the glass? it is a diamond chip hole saw...
