That's exactly the idea i have been trying to say but people arent seeming to get or maybe im not explaining it well. Get the tank delivered onto your concrete pad, then build the addition to your house around the tank. this way you can have space behind the tank to work but you're still indoors, this means the tank is still inside and could be used in much colder climates.
