How much would you pay for a fish??

Most I've spent on a fish was 200 USD. I suppose I'd pay up to 350 though.

In the $20 range. I might consider up to $70 for something I really want. There are many interesting fish that don't cost a lot of money.

It's not that I can't afford a more expensive fish. I just don't want the worry. I would go crazy if I had a $1,000 fish, worrying that it was going to die on me. I get more enjoyment and relaxation out of less expensive fish. Besides a gulper cat, I can't think of any expensive fish at the moment that would interest me.

The most I've spent so far was $20 for a blue crayfish(I know not a fish.) This was almost 10 years ago and I had to special order.

The most I've spent on a fish was a $8 for an Albino senegal bichir.

I have spent USD$35 on a silver aro... it took me over an hour to decide if it was worth it. (I am poor:()
lucky guy i bought my silver aro at 5 inches for $60 USD and i payed $110 USD for my clown knife at 12 inches i would say the max amount i will pay for a fish.......opens the wallet if its in there hez comin home:) unless i need food too then it might have to wait....at a LFS waiting can be good exspecially for monsters they gotta pay to feed em so they mark em down pretty quick I've noticed give it a month and they should have dropped price a lil bit but then again it might not be there next time around...right now my LFS has 12 in silver aro for $150 and its lil feelers in front are gone!!!
