One word -- Craftmanship. If it's finely crafted and reflects the look that you're wanting in furniture, then I'd pay $300, or so. I think it's relative to what you see it as being worth, in your market. If it's just a simple, table-like piece with no finely-detailed craftsmanship, I'd pay less.
