Rays are not easy to keep. Especially retics of that size. Your setup and tank mates were all wrong IMO for a first attempt at keeping rays. If you want to try again make sure you house the ray ALONE. Its easier to keep your water clean and ray stress free when they have no tankmates to worry about.
