According to that chart, a cricket has more protein than a superworm? That doesn't seem accurate.

Higher protein foods, higher temps and more water changes result in faster growing fish. That said, genetics has a lot to do with it as well. Some fish just don't have the genes to be monsters of their kind (wild, F1 or whatever)...

my lfs sells them for $4 a dozen. the local bait shops sell them a little cheaper, i believe. i'm going to start using them on my fish as a treat.
They love them! Even my convicts try to eat them, but they usually get them stolen away from them lol.
