i use them all the time. my jag devours them like candy. ill chop them up and give them to the little guys too. i try not to feed them to the fish that need more of an algea diet tho. great for carnivores.

i killed a very expensive fish feeding store bought night crawlers so be careful. you don't know what's in their gut that can harm your fish.
