How often can I do Water Changes

So I had a nitrate spike I was just wondering if there are any suggestions on how frequently I can do water changes. I have already taken care of the cause of the spike and now just need to lower the level. Can I do 60% water changes every day or do i need to wait a few days between changes. Tank is a 75G with 8 inch Pleco 9 Inch Oscar and 3 small cichlid's

How often and how much do you feed your fish? Your fish are already adults in which case twice a day feeding should suffice to help cut down the nitrate. You may do water changes daily even if it is 40-50% as long as you meet your goal of lowering nitrate to 20 as much as possible.
