dont be shy! also feel free to list why you do it that way, any problems you have encountered doing changes one way over another, and which option works best for you :)

I do It about every two months, when I do its about 75%. The reason is Im way over filtered and way under stocked, I use to do It every weekend when I was stocked heavier and under filtered. I will check the water peramiters every two weeks and change when they start to read nitrite and nitrate levels about 10 ppm. which is usually every 2 months.

about 5% a day, with a 30% in the weekend. :)

In tanks that have deep sand beds running, I just do them as often as I can get around to them, about every ten days. For tanks without anaerobic denitrification, at least once a week.

10% a week the bare minimum.

More + Gravel vac + Filter cleaning if I have high nitrates

depend on tank size and stock size! I would say I do about 80% water change, 2 time per week for my betta bowls right now!
I used to have one 150 G that I do WC 1 per week for the koi tank( only a pair of long fin ogon were in there);2x200G tanks that I do WC 2 per month for the FH tank( 1 freaking huge RD), and 1 per month for the guppies, sword tail, mollies tank(about 200-400 of them)! and about 2 per month for the 600G with some big fish (one 2' tilapia, 3 x 2' ID shark, 2 X 20'' plecos, and some smaller fish)! and about 1 per week for the 55G with my small King kamfa).

once every 2 weeks, my 55 is really understocked so I don't have to worry to much.
