How overstocked am i?

lol i aint doing 50% twice a week, my mate only does 40% once a month in his cichlid comunity which is stupidly overstocked and never lost anything or had any diseases.

150 g sounds like you trying to be sarcastic.
 
Bare in mind that most of my stuff is fully grown and the cichlids over half way and it doesn't look cramped, i was just concerned after i added the second severum.
 
In my experience, a large sev with a small sev doesn't end well. Other than that, it doesn't seem TERRIBLE, just keep a real close eye on your nitrates and ammonia.

Water parameters? These will show you how much water you need to change.

I would throw down money your mates fish have HITH.
 
your pretty overstocked right now, alot of amonia will be produced very fast, and it will be hard to keep under control. also those severums will get alot bigger, so you might end up haveing to sell them, or upgrade your tank size. good luck!
