I am so sorry to hear that. I feel bad for attractive women in situations like that. I think your best bet would be to politely tell him your not interested (as you did), when that doesn't work yell!!! Like loud. Don't try to intimidate him,physically that could make things worse. Yell, like GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!!!!!!! or LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! QUIT FOLLOWING ME!!!!!! something that will attract attention. Even if a lot of people don't seem to be paying attention, i am sure it will get his attention and maybe snap him out of his testosterone gaze...... I really hate to see things like this. PLEASE do not go into unpopulated areas at night by yourself!!!!Self defense classes could help as a last case scenario, but the best thing for petite women is avoidance at all costs. If you ever had to get physical go for the eyes, b@lls, throat, or rip his f@cking ear off. (it only takes about 15lbs of pressure) if you manage to get him shocked or stunned run like hell and do not look back.....
