Build a big mesh coral with PVC and fiberglass mesh, or some kinda of plastic mesh, with a big footprint, and keep them in the pond. That way they can grow to their full potential. They probably won't taste good though...

After reading that thread am still going to do it but going to be careful. Jux the ponds lowest temp gets to 56F has to survive gars,koi and sturgeon. Maybe a small goldfish for dessert. Got my friend on this now to.

Anyway this is how its going down 30gal 6XL goldfish (feeders) ,tap water no chemicals what so ever!, even when I introduce the fish I am putting them in by hand not letting the lfs water touch the tank water. Going to starve them for 4days. Going to feed them (non-fish foods) lettece. For 2weeks then going clean them after 2weeks and skin their scales off and everything. Going to cook it with fresh grown lemons in the backyard and some spices my grandma usually uses when she cooks me fish. Just need advise on how to clean them. Am going to make a documentey on this.
