how to cure fish tb?

If that's the case the best way to cure it is to euthanize all the fish and sterilize the tank and all equipment. It is treatable, with a long and expensive course of antibiotics, but you're probably talking $thousands in antibiotics to treat a handful of $2 guppies.
 
its a jaridni and im Chinese so its kinda bad luk to kill a fish that bring u good luk. LOL
 
Antibiotics for humans. I’ll google the pill my Neighbor used on his Fish in the morning. His fish had an infection and the eye almost fell out because the hole was so big. He treated the tank and the Fish survived and the hole is healing and filling up nicely. I haven’t seen it in a few months but last time I looked it looked scarred but alive and well.
 
Ampicillin 500mg pill.

My neighbor put in 1/4 pill and waited 30 min for a reaction. There wasn’t one so he did a 50% wc and added the rest of the medication. After that he just kept on top of the water changes and the fish got better within a couple weeks. I forgot to ask if he did multiple treatments or not. But he only gave me 2 pills and said it would be enough for treatment so I’m guessing one treatment did the trick.

I haven’t done this myself...I wish I knew about it when my fh got infected. I sadly put him out of his misery because I didn’t know how to help him.
