How to make my pearl arowana eat food sticks?

My jar is totally ignoring food sticks these days , he is eatin fd shrimp only 
What should i do to make him eat food stick? Should i starve him again?
What should i do to make him eat food stick? Should i starve him again?Maybe he isn't liking the taste of the food sticks at all....same thing we would do with a food we dislike - reject it. U can try Arowana Sticks from other brands such as Hikari. Or u can stuff the current sticks inside market prawns and try feeding him,once he gets the taste of the sticks, he might go for it without the prawns after a few days.

What is the right time to starve jardinis so that they will accept food sticks(Minimum size in inches)?
Don't starve it what I do is cut a slit in the shrimp and stuff it with premium pellets I use new line spectrum large pellets because of the ingredients it has that means no fillers

I also live by a fish market and my jar has a taste for frog legs so I stuff them also with pellets also try freeze dried crickets and freeze dried mealworms

I soaked Massivor in shrimp, offered it and my aro eventually started to take it in its mouth, but then spit it out. I then fed it the MS. After while i just soaked Massivor in water from the tank until it was nice and soft, i didn't give it anything else and after a few days it ate them. Now it hits on massivor as if it were a live fish.
