How to measure for a bulkhead?

the 3/4" one says that it fits a 1.5" hole, the other one doesn't say. But.. My holes are only 1.25" and 1". I must be missing something its just not making any sense to me.

From what I am reading about the bulkheads I want 3/4" slip by slip (if they even make those ???)

Plexi is very easy to drill, and you can use holesaws made for wood (cheaper than diamond saws for glass)
I don't think you are going to get much flow out of a bulkhead smaller than 1/2"
And yes they have slip x slip see post #16
